FUJI-SAN BLUE
All of our mineral-water comes directly from a Mt. Fuji water-vein 100meters underground. The water has been naturally filtered through Fuji’s volcanic rock and collects important minerals during the filtration process. The water is then pumped-up through a pipe and straight into our bottles, ready to be enjoyed as is, or with your favourite beverage. We are confident that you can taste the difference with our water, give it a try!

Fuji-san Blue drinks
Our mineral-water tastes great on its own, but it can also elevate the flavour of your favourite drinks. We spend a lot of money on tea, coffee and alcohol, but shouldn’t the main ingredient in most of these drinks also be a high-quality product for the best results?
Fuji-San Blue – Mineral Water
When water is between 12˚C and 15˚C (53.6˚F – 59˚F), it tastes the most refreshing and is easily absorbed by the body. It can also encourage metabolism.
Green Tea
For the most aromatic and flavourful green tea, try to make your tea around 74˚C – 85˚C (165.2˚F – 185˚F).
Black Tea
Black tea is at the upper-end of green tea for the best experience in terms of temperature and aromatic flavours, 85˚C (185˚F).
Hot Coffee & Iced-Coffee
Brewing coffee should read temperatures of around 91˚C to 96˚C (194˚F – 204.8˚F), but this should drop 10˚C for the optimal drinking temperature. Iced-coffee is usually enjoyed around the 6˚C mark on a hot day.
Whiskey
We recommend to add water at room temperature for a well rounded perception of the whiskey’s flavours. cold water may take away from some of the milder tones.
